Returns & Exchanges


We hope you enjoy the product(s) you have purchased from us. If you are not happy with your purchase, or have a problem with an item, please contact us at or on +44 (0) 7519 148363.

If you wish to return an item, please fill out the returns form included in your delivery within 28 days and return to: PO BOX 79, Hindhead, GU27 9GB. Please note that you will be responsible for returning the items to us, including the postage costs, unless we have sent an item to you that is damaged, faulty, or in error. In these instances, we will refund you any reasonable delivery costs that you have incurred. We will refund you on to the same credit or debit card used to originally pay for the product(s).

Customers in the EU do also have the legal right to choose to withdraw the purchase of a product bought online. The period in which you can do so is within seven working days from the day after the day on which the item is delivered.

When returning an item, please take 'reasonable care' with the product and packaging. Please do not remove any labels, soil them, or damage them. It is at our discretion to refund if the product has been tampered further than 'reasonable care'.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s), to the same credit/debit card or paypal as used to originally pay for the product(s).

Nothing in the above guarantee affects your legal rights (your statutory rights are not affected).
